This event is near and dear to my heart as I was the primary sales person for this organization for over a decade. There isn’t a better collection of independent brokerages in the world than there is in Las Vegas that week. The attendance is typically in the 350-600 range, but what they are missing in size, they make up in quality. That being said, this is not an event where you can walk handing out business cards. These are very sharp brokers who can smell sales commission a mile away. If you choose to go, do your prep work and set appointments beforehand… or work with an advisory firm that can help make sure your investment is a success. I may know a company.
